The first is a character that I wrote several audio plays for (that never got voiced or anything, but were written) named Gortoth. He's a TOS trek era Klingon.
The problem with apping him is that in his story he does have connections to two canon characters, Isis from Assignment: Earth and Redjac. I would vaaaaguely consider apping him if those connections.
Loose history description: Gortoth is possessed by Redjac. He kills his family. He comes out of possession not far from Earth. They get stuck in a Star Trek brand time fuckery and he ends up in Victorian London. He starts up a bunch of werewolf stories accidentally as he tries to hunt down Jack the Ripper. Isis leads him on because one of the people that Redjac is possessing is her current time agent. Neither character was killed, their timeline disrupted, and no romantic involvement was written in. But I also know that writing things into character histories, even side ones that are unlikely to be apped, is a dangerous slippery slope.
