2015 Plot Round-ups!
In the wake of April Fools' Day, the passengers and crewman who had been replaced with their Mirror Universe counterparts were all turned back to normal. The consequences of April's events led to many characters getting brigged, and having to deal with the fallout from that. That fallout included the Chiefs of Staff discussing what to do to ensure things like this never happen again. That meeting was interrupted when Captain Picard received a hail from Starfleet Command, informing him representatives were being sent to his ship...
A new batch of passengers started arriving on the 16th, with Trever and his cat leading the group. Other new arrivals included Kitty Norville, Kevin Ford, Bob Fraser, George Kirk (who arrived rather dramatically in Ten Forward), Danny Valdessecchi, Steve McGarrett, Doc Brown, and Billy Cranston returned after several months away! But the biggest shake-up to the crew happened when Beverly Crusher from seven years in the future suddenly appeared, having no memories of the last year in-game. The Beverly that had been in the game before now vanished, and with this new future version being as displaced as the other new guests, Dr. Julian Bashir took over as acting Chief Medical Officer in Sickbay, until further notice.
Smaller things your character may have noticed during May include: An old familiar face finally showed up in Ten Forward, though in her disguise many may not have recognized Tasha Yarr. A magic bear was seen by many, running through the ship and followed by Yuna. Jim Kirk, not knowing when to leave two previous briggings alone, was caught trying to hack the replicators and make them produce real alcohol. It didn't work. Agatha caused a small explosion in Ten Forward, which cost Guinan a table. Goofy Goof, having some trouble with the replicators, set out free sundaes in Ten Forward. Noriko Ashida went rollerblading through the hallways on her latest invention. And Picard met with Tasha Yarr about something that may become quite important in the coming months...

June turned out to be a terrible month for Captain Picard. It started with James T. Kirk ruining his tea the same day that The Department of Temporal Investigations showed up with an unexpected guest: someone from Starfleet Intelligence. They want to interview the various passengers on board, especially ones that they feel might be a security risk to time and the Federation. To make matters worse, Q decided to make an appearance and after taunting the Admiral, he left. Dutifully, Picard took his guests to Ten Forward where they started to interview people. This seems to go okay except that the next day people start turning into children! The plague quickly spreads throughout the ship, and Doctor Crusher decides to take charge since she’s seen something similar to this before and starts martialling resources and individuals who can help, both mundane and magical users. Trying to keep all the kids occupied, Riker creates a holodeck program to entertain them.
Everyone is definitely relieved when the plague is cured, and the DTI start to interview people for their records. Their headaches probably only grew however talking to the various visitors. When you’ve got several time travelers, a ghost, a living sun, a teleporting cat and more... it's enough to make a DTI agent's head explode!
Soon, new people for the month started to arrive, Will Arrowsmith started the rush, followed by Trever's identical twin brother, Kale, Minoru appearing tables, Hugh Cambridge, one very irritated and cranky Starfleet Officer, and Data followed Dr. Crusher's trick by vanishing and reappearing from a different time period.
Some, other things that happened included Bernie the dog getting out and meeting people (and one cat), a mini-music concert of sorts, Mack working out his frustrations on the phaser range along with other people, and Counselor Troi so upset that she let her chocolate ice cream melt!

Thankfully, July was much calmer as people started getting over the kiddie plot. That being said, it still didn't stop Agatha's Dingbots from running rampant and stealing things from people. Counseling Sessions started, which quite a few people on board probably need. Deciding to spice things up, Magneto pulled off a Hell Night with lots of spicy pasta, some cheating, and good times (or torture) for all. Lt. Commander LaForge has walked into something he'll probably regret later as he looked for displaced passengers to help him find ways to out-think Q and send everyone back home. And EuroVison hit the Enterprise with Julian Bashir running the show!
More new passengers found their way to the Enterprise, starting with Danny Williams and his daughter Grace arriving. Fortunately, her father was around, as they arrived separately. The famous H.G. Wells showed up sometime later, as did her girlfriend Zoey Westen. Grainne soon followed. Continuing the trend of displaced officers, Ensign Ro appeared as a child! But this time it wasn't Q's fault. (For once.)
In other things of note, a most interesting cat fight broke out in Ten Forward between Cat and Trever's literal cat, Veena. Cambridge made friends with General Chang by discussing Klingon/Human relations. And at Tom Paris’ behest, Seven of Nine tried to make friends.

August started out as a relatively quiet month. Admittedly, a squirt gun fight involving Trever and Kale broke out at the beginning of the month. Annie and Finnick started discussing their depression and other problems that came from having to live through the Hunger Games with their friends. Meanwhile, Cat acted as any good cat would when they discover a rival in their territory, by marking everything. Perhaps not in the typical way, but still in perfect cat style. Overall, things were calm as they had a break from Q's crazy shenanigans. Ro Laren however did try to get her commission back, which caused quite the stir given she's currently twelve.
Everything seemed to be going smoothly for once... at least until the Klingons attacked! They have come looking for General Chang himself, and they don't care who gets in their way. Fortunately, the not-so-good General has an ace up his sleeve...
Before all of this excitement happened, some interesting new people showed up on the Enterprise. One of the most famous might be Captain Kirk himself! Others include: Tony Stark; the rather traumatized cyborg DJ, who despite Natasha trying to be helpful got shot by security; yet another Doctor, this one the grumpy Twelve; Mary McGarrett, Steve's little sister; Jacob Keyes, and some familiar and some old faces also appeared - Elim Garak, and poor Quark, who is not happy with it. To make things interesting, a Big Daddy from Rapture showed up soon thereafter.
Other things that happened included some bonding between Grace Williams and Steve McGarrett, Fatima Merali working out, and Hugh Cambridge had nightmares, for which he tried to find solace by turning to dance and drink.

August ended with the Klingons attacking! September began with the Klingons being repelled, and Chang having plans up his sleeves. What does he intend to do with the Sword of Kahless? That will have to be found out in the future… but for now the Klingons have fled with their tail between their legs. Thankfully, things quieted down after that until the end of the month when Q decided that everyone should celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day. This included happy cats, people losening up… possibly because of the real rum and various wardrobe changes. The few real pirates on board were actually rather happy with the changes. They finally had something decent to drink and could dress properly. Though the parrots were a bit annoying.
Sickbay turned out to be rather busy with the new round of people showing up. Shadow, the kid turned into cat, Luna Lovegood, Chris, who had the added misfortune of discovering he had several new charges to look out for; Siri Tachi, a Jedi, Oliver Queen, and finally James Shannon! Fortunately, Dr. Crusher's staff was well up to the task. Though they might think about asking for a pay raise… as a suggestion.
Other newcomers included Hokuto Shijima, the famous Madame de Pompadour, Lacey Harwood, a victor of the Hunger Games, Felicity Smoak looking for Oliver Queen, Obi Wan Kenobi, a confused Jedi (but at least it's much nicer than the cantina he came from), and Mara Jade, who while not a Jedi, is quite familiar with them. Trip Tucker from the original Enterprise finds himself a bit too far in time, while another Jadzia Dax is going to miss her wedding unless Q is kind. And Willard Decker, yet another displaced member of a past Enterprise, rounds out our Starfleet arrivals! Alex Summers is found wandering around, and surprisingly a TARDIS appears! But she's much nicer looking than the box (don't tell The Doctor we said so). Finally, the last person Quark wants to show up, showed up. That is his mom, Ishka.
Other things of note that happened: Garak opened up his tailoring shop, and because love is in the air Helena and Zoey went on a date. Or, actually admitting you're in love is in the air. Most importantly? School has begun! So get those thinking caps on. Or run away in terror. Take your pick.

October was a relatively quiet month in the beginning. No serious incidents happened among the crew. Dr. Crusher and Fatima held a New Orleans style party for people to say goodbye to those who've been left behind, be it by death or just because they might not ever see them again; however, the quiet was too good to last. Q decided that the Enterprise needed some haunting! Creaks and cracks and voices began to follow the poor guests around. Helena heard the voice of her long lost daughter calling for her. Thea relived the voices of past people trying to kill her. Kale and Trever were being haunted by birds and trees, which is apparently rather scary… And Sariss was followed by those she’d killed before.
Despite all of this madness, Picard threw a murder mystery party in Dixon Hill's world … and ended up dead. Oops.
There were many more new arrivals, of course: first was Phoenix Kaelen, an alien angel, followed by a murderous droid assassin, HK-47, who was rather put out about the fact that he was missing his grenades. Then of all people Yoda showed up wearing a cute little sailor suit — and he and Beverly knew each other from before! A demon—Cole Turner—and a witch—Phoebe Halliwell—appeared together and weren't happy to see each other. Sariss, a dark side user showed up next. Then two old faces returned: John Sheppard and Bucky Barnes.
In more life-affirming news, Emma and Killian learned that Emma was pregnant. Chris got to spend time meeting with his charges, including a few new ones, as he tried to figure out how to fix Trever's insomnia so that they could both sleep. And Booker made a nice birthday for his daughter, Elizabeth.

November started out with the Day of the Dead, brought on by Q in the Ten Forward lounge. It also brought a stop at the planet Folnar II, where passengers could get out and away from the confines of the ship. Though, for some people, it might have been safer for them to have stayed on board. This nice break was briefly interrupted by a flurry of cats and kittens. Q has brought over Shadow's pet cats! Some of them found new homes, others drove people with allergies mad, and in the end those not adopted were sent back to where they came from. Beyond that, the month was relatively quiet.
As usual, the ship got its share of new guests: Laguna Loire being the first to arrive. He ended up having to go to sickbay, but he got better (no, he wasn't turned into a newt). Then Piper Halliwell orbed in, where she was greeted by family and... someone she knows as well. Following that one up, the Enterprise got a second Merlin! What magical mayhem may happen when they meet? The Enterprise will have to wait and find out! The Halliwell invasion continued with the appearance of Prue; Myka appeared and was greeted by her old friend, Helena; Amy Pond arrived, but she's not the one the Doctor knows. In fact, she might be something quite a bit more dangerous. And when Paige Halliwell appeared, Chris summed it up nicely with "wow. We almost have the entire family." (Will more Halliwells show up? Only Q knows.)
Other items of interest included Steve Rogers getting baseball fever; the hauntings of last month left Dr. Crusher shaken, but she fortunately had a great deal of friends willing to help and talk with her; The Queen siblings being siblings; Dr. Carson had an unfortunate incident that brought back bad memories (perhaps he should just cancel his Sundays?), and Aidan seeing about getting some prosthetics for his missing fingers.

December was mostly quiet, with very little shenanigans from outside influences (which had nothing to do with mod hiatuses, nope). The most interesting thing that happened was when Q changed things up during the monthly Roommate Assignments. There, people could find interesting things out of a Secret Santa Hat, have a chat (or other things) with Q, and give each other gifts — which was rather nice of him, even if he might have regretted talking to some of those people.
Smaller events included Finnick tying knots to make presents for Annie, their wedding coming up soon; Hanukkah was celebrated by Felicity and the Queens; The Doctor tried to help his TARDIS; Ezri Dax questioned her sanity — which she shouldn't, people talk to themselves all the time! Even when they don't have multiple lifetimes living with them. And finally, Luna and Terzen talked about magic and the Federation.
Newcomers included Agent Pete Lattimer and Bonnie Barstow, a rather small gelfling by the name of Kira appeared within the corridors, as well as a lawyer named Matt Murdock. A sort of returning face appeared — one Henry Mills, and a rather fantastic entry was had by Kristen Kringle, who needed help to Sickbay. Finally, the angel Islington arrived, gliding across the ship.
